Visiting Apple Store
I visited the flagship Apple Store yesterday on Fifth Ave. It was a nightmare trying to get help at the Genius Bar. After signing-in, I was told that a specialist would see me shortly. I kept getting moved-around to different locations and kept being told I would get help shortly. I finally left. The place is a madhouse; full of tourists, very noisy, very rude workers (non-union, no benefits, etc). I usually like Apple Stores as they allow you to try their products by yourself but this store is horrendous.

Maybe you should try the new one in Grande Central Station.

You are right. I could also try the store on 9th Ave. and 14 St. They are much kinder but all the stores seem to have a 20-minute time limit when using their products.

Could you please explain what you mean by a 20-min time limit.

I would assume he means since alot of people come and go, there would be a time limit, but never been in one, so just a guess.
