Apple and Google – the two most sought after employees by students and recent graduat

In today’s world it seems like finding a job has become increasingly difficult and the concept of a “dream workplace” seems to be fading. Still, young students possess the capacity to dream and hope for a better future. Most of them envision themselves working in multi-national companies that have become a brand in their specific field of activity. New data coming from recruiting social media site LinkedIn supports this claim.
Apparently the online world is what most attracts young individuals and recent graduates and here’s where they’d like to start building their career. The first most sought after employee award goes to Google, according to the blog post on LinkedIn.
Coming in second, is Google’s biggest rival in the tech world, Apple, which has become popular amongst the young generation. A couple of weeks ago it was reported that 40% of American teens own and use an iPhone. It’s natural that students and recent graduates would want to take part in the creation of such wonderful products.
On the 3rd place we find Microsoft. Google, Apple and Microsoft seem to be like the holy trinity of the tech world in the eyes of the young adults looking for jobs. Coming in at number 4 is social media giant Facebook. Completing the top 5 is British-Dutch food, beverage, cleaning agents and personal care products company Unilver.
The list was broadcasted by LinkedIn along with the newly released websites entitled Most InDemand Employers in Last Vegas at the Talent Connect event.
