    iMac mouse won't scroll down - intermittent problem

    Every once in awhile I can't scroll down using the roller on top of my iMac mouse. The roller moves but the screen doesn't. Scrolling upwards still works. Then after a few days or a few weeks, it works again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Have you got a different mouse you could try? I would suggest that the problem lies in the scroll roller being mucky inside, rather than an issue with your iMac.
