Screen record
I am wanting to record what I play on my ipad 2 iOS 6.0( >.> ) (sound is a need be),but I don't want to spend any money. I have a windows 7 laptop but cannot find any totally free that can record video and audio. I looked at reflection app but it only lasts 10 minutes for a trial and the paid version is only Mac computer. Can someone please help me out on this one?(no jailbreak possible,so don't say)

I think this is going to be your stumbling block!! This is not something I have done, or am likely to ever want to do, but having done some digging, most people who do this and want good qaulity video and audio end up buying a video capture card for their PC. I have not been able to find any free options either I'm afraid.

The video capture card ok. But,how can I,for free, "airplay" the gaming(or whatnot) from my ipad on my windows laptop(I'm ok with wired using the power cord, the screen adapter is too axpensive).

Like I said, I really don't think you are going to be able to do this for free....you are going to have to put your hand in your pocket I'm afraid!! The Reflection app would appear to have a fully functioning Windows version for $14.99, and the only other software I could find is AirServer which also has a Windows version for $14.99, or $11.99 if you are a student.
Reflection.app - AirPlay mirroring to your Mac or PC, wirelessly.
AirServer - The game console for Mac/PC has arrived

I tried reflection first....and it was horrible(btw,I have fast processing on my laptop with 328gb memory left out of 600gb). I then tried air server,it worked better but glitchy still. If I pay for airserver, will it be better quality??

I've never used the product so I can't really comment. I would have thought their 'trial' versions would be fully functional, and that purchasing their full product would not make any difference to how it operates. If you have issues with the software performance I suggest you contact the developers and ask for their suggestions before you purchase.
