So, you have an iMac at home? Do you know what version of OS X it is running? Mavericks? Yosemite?

Ah, I see!! No, the photos should not have transferred automatically. The iMac would have had to have been set up with your iCloud/iTunes account for this to have happened.....you should be safe

From the drop-down menu next to that, select the program or folder that contains your photo library. Then just select the photos you want to transfer and drag them to your pc.

It is so easy to transfer your files from your iphone to your iMac if you are really familiar with your device. But if you are not then you have to ask a personnel who has a bigger knowledge about that. Or you can read articles or see videos on youtube. However, if something bad happen to your iphone and some of your files has been deleted try this Whatsapp Recovery site to make your data in a safer position and your files will be restore.

Your iPhone can only transfer data to your computers, Mac or Pc, when you set them all up properly for this purpose to your iTunes account. Remember that a maximum of six devices can be set up. On other computers it will refuse to transfer any data whatsoever.

You can use phowne data backup tool to transfer files or some important data from your iphone to pc or Mac.
A direct data transfer tool is helpful, itunes doesn’t allow us to transfer the data from iphone directly, so when we want to backup or transfer these pics to pc, it can be a little bit complicated. Transfer iphone photos.

The sync will not be done automatically unless you enable this feature in iTunes.
