    You will have to speak to your service provider with regards to what you will be charged to use EU networks. There are plans to cut roaming charges throughout the EU, but that only applies to EU citizens as far as I am aware. If your iPhone is unlocked, it may be cheaper to purchase a SIM card in the countries you visit, but again you will have to speak to your provider first.
