iphone icons don't stop moving

Hello,

I have a problem with the icons of my iphone 4 ios5.1.1 with jailbreak,
When I try to move an icon I keep my finger in a icon then all together keep
moving to move it where you want, perfect all this is normal.
But when I want to finish I push the home button to stop all icons, and
it doesn't stop, nothing happen, all my icons keep moving and don't stop.
I have to do a respring, but then the icon that I have moved is
in its original place.
Can someone help me?
