    Podcast refreshing

    Friend tweets me re wrong episode of podcast, "Ah! Are you watching in iTunes? Right click and choose 'refresh podcast.'" but ctrl click on MacBook (Snow Leopard) --> "play video full screen", and toggles back to small. How to refresh?
