El Capitan - trouble with itunes update

Hello, I am experiencing a very bizarre trouble with Itunes 12.3.1 update. I have got this update, yet it appears every day on the App store. I have updated it over and over several times, hoping not to see this altert anymore, but even after a reinstallation (due to other problems i have had after the update to El Capitan), the problem reappears.

I tried to download the file, too, and installing this update like this, but app store keeps on telling me that I have to download it. Every day.

Someone else having this problem? Did you manage to fix it?

I was having a similar problem but with me it was Googlemail on my iPhone, Like you nothing worked, I Reset network, setting, I did an Erase all content and settings, Hard resets you name it.
In the end I phoned Apple and they told me to change my Apple password, It might not work but its certainly worth a try, Its too soon to tell if it worked for me because its just a few hours but so far i haven't had the alert again.
Let us know if it works for you.

Do you have more than one Apple ID associated with that Mac?
