    It doesn't help much , at least not me , but here if what I found in Apple Support :

    OS X: Updating OS X and Mac App Store apps

    Maybe only the OSX updates are available in NC ????

    Yes you are probably right....I'm sure it won't be long till we find out, there is bound to be an update to software soon. Watch this space ! Lol :)

    I only found out a few day ago (Better late than never ..) that I could make shortcuts for words & phrases on my Mac like on my iPhone . That's really cool :-)))

    Wow thats pretty good... I did it on the iPad because I wanted a ✓ when I had done something. So I had a shortcut when I type tck it appeared. So how did you do it on the mac ??? I cant seem to find out...

    On the Mac : System Pref ☞ Language & Text ☞ Text

    Be sure after that , for instance when in Mail , to go to Edit and click on Substitutions ☞ Replace Text. I couldn't get it to work before that last step ;-)
