    Macbook Pro A1286 Boot Issue

    When I tried booting my MacBook pro, the apple logo and screen had very fine pixel wide blue lines going through it horizontally. Once it is complete it goes black and then white and wont load OSX. Hopefully the picture attached will help!

    I would suggest you have a serious hardware issue....do you hear the start-up chimes? Are you any where near an Apple Store or reputable reseller? I would personally take it in and get it diagnosed professionally.
