Leaving MacPro plugged in??

    Leaving MacPro plugged in??

    Does it harm the computer or battery to leave the ac plugged into the macpro a lot of the time? Or should I unplug it once the battery is fully charged? And use it mostly without the ac adapter plugged into the macpro?

    What i do is leave it plugged in for about 30-40 minutes after its reached 100% then un plug it until it reaches 5%
