    Hello Apple World,

Well, this Black Friday was the last straw. I am sick and tired of Microsoft, it's partners and everything PC. I am tired of crashes, things not working, viruses, shoddy workmanship, having to reload my OS every year because the registry is crap.... I could go on and on. What is funny is that I have not even bought an Apple computer yet...... That will change very soon. It started when I broke down and bought an iPhone 5 and will come full circle when I find the best deal I can on a MBA or MBP.

Apple Fan...Fan Boy...call me whatever you want...but at least I will be a HPPY boy with a working computer.

Mw name is PW and, I'm not very chirpy right now. Everything about setting up my verizon iPhone 5 has been a disaster, including setting up my Apple account. I've forgotten my Apple ID already and the apple website won't let me do anything except reset my password when I click on Find your Apple ID. I'm on a MacBook Pro OS 10.6.8 and running Safari 5.1.7. I can't contact Apple support (or even join their forums) w/o my Apple ID and they won't give it to me. If you have any way out of this conundrum, I'd appreciate your help.

Welcome to the site! Please post an introduction thread.

Your Apple ID should just be the email address which you registered with, no?
